  1. Usage: ON [#|+|-|^|&|@]WINDOW [-|^]<parameters> [action]
  2.   This is activated whenever text is sent to a matching window.
  3.   This can be used to echo information from one window to a
  4.   channel.  WARNING!!!  If you aren't careful you can get into some
  5.   infinite sending loops!  Use with care!
